DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY ¼ HOUR (10 KM)
You will arrive at the Bandaranaike International airport (CMB) where our airport representative & chauffeur guide will await you at the arrival lounge to welcome you. Once you settle with your baggage’s you will transfer to modest beach town located close to Airport, Negombo. This is perfect place to see Sri Lanka cultural diversity as all Buddhist, Christian & Muslim communities are living peacefully there. Negombo is also known for its huge and old fishing industry with busy fish markets and sandy beaches.
Once you check in at your hotel rest of the day remain free for you to recover from any jet lag. If the time permits and only if you are to get around, your chauffeur will continue with sightseeing tour in Negambo.
OVERNIGHT STAY: HOTEL IN NEGOMBO.
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 4 HOURS (150 KM) – NEGAMBO TO DAMBULLA
After breakfast check out from the hotel, and proceed to Habarana via visiting the most magnificent of rock-temples of this island, Dambulla Rock Temple. It is a vast isolated rock mass 500 ft. high and a mile round the base. The panorama from the summit of this rock is breathtaking 350 ft. above are a series of five caves turned into shrines. The Buddhist mural paintings (covering an area of 2,100 sq. meters) are of particular importance as well as the 157 statues including a 47 foot long statue of the recumbent Buddha. The ceiling too is covered with frescoes which depict great events in the life of the Buddha, and landmarks in the history of the Sinhala people.
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY ½ AN HOUR (20 KM) – DAMBULLA TO SIGIRIYA
After completion of Dambulla tour we are heading to Sigiriya, or as you know “The Lions Rock”. You’ll enjoy panoramic views of jungles from the palace top the rock. This fortress was a Royal Citadel for more than 18 years and the story behind it replete with legends, love and betrayals. But one story remains, the story of Kasyapa (477–495 A. D.) Its creator, King with an artist’s soul. Famous frescoes of the “Heavenly maidens” of Sigiriya and the 10 foot high Mirror Wall are few to admire.
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY ½ AN HOUR (16 KM) – SIGIRIYA TO HABARANA
Final stop of the day at Habarana, central location for all the ancient city sites. Habarana is well known among tourists and locals alike because of the safari rides in the nearby Habarana national park which has a huge population of Elephants. Luxurious nature friendly hotels are also attracting more tourist to this unique city.

DESTINATION: HIRIWADUNA VILLAGE
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 10 MIN (2 KM) – HABARANA TO HIRIWADUNA VILLAGE
Today tour is to experience the rural life style. Hiriwaduna Village located in Habarana is a simple 3 to 4 hour visit with jungle and village walks. You will have a chance to taste delicious village lunch at a village house and experience their living style. Catamaran ride on the Hiriwadunna Wewa (lake) will be a never to forgotten experience.
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR (50 KM) – HIRIWADUNA VILLAGE TO POLONNARUWA
After completion of Hiriwaduna Village tour your journey will be headed to another UNESCO World Heritage City, Polonnaruwa. The second most ancient city in Sri Lanka and was the seat of power of many powerful kings. The city holds extremely well preserved ruins of ancient palaces and temples from several different dynasties and is known today to be one of the best planned archeological relic sites in the country. The museum, ruins and the Minneriya tank situated in close proximity presents an ideal chance for the guests to be familiar with the history and the culture of Srilanka.

DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY ½ AN HOUR (25 KM) – POLONNARUWA TO KANDY
After having breakfast at hotel, head in to the city known as country’s cultural capital, Kandy. You will check in at your hotel to have a rest and this beautiful city in the hills is ideal for relaxing and reflecting. The City is home to the tooth relic of the Lord Buddha and it is housed in the famous ‘Dalada Maligawa’ or ‘Sacred Temple of the Tooth’, which attracts thousands to the city every year including devotees as well as visitors who come to marvel at the beautiful architecture of the temple. Kandy is also home to many other old temples and other landmarks, including the amazing Peradeniya Botanical Gardens.
Once you have a good rest, in the Evening you will visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic. Thereafter enjoy the Kandyan Cultural show which features the country’s rich culture & tradition with a very vibrant and unique show of Sri Lankan traditional dancers and drummers.

DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS (60KM) – KANDY TO KITHULGALA
After breakfast we proceed to Kithulgala. Which is well known for White Water Rafting, Bird Watching, Jungle Trekking, River bathing and many more adventure activities. Kithulgala is ideal to have some fun and include adventure to the tour.
DESTINATION: NUWARA ELIYA.
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS (60KM) – KITHULGALA TO NUWARA ELIYA
Once you finish the tour we will be heading to Nuwara Eliya. Check in will be at late evening and rest of the day is to relax.

DESTINATION: HORTON PLAINS & NUWARA ELIYA CITY TOUR.
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 1 ½ HOURS (30 KM) – NUWARA ELIYA TO HORTON PLAINS
After an early breakfast this morning is to visit the “World’s End”, the highest plateau in the country, The Horton plains. With an altitude above 7000ft, the plateau sweeps to a robust 3169 hectares sheltering flora and fauna varieties that may be found nowhere else on planet earth. Pictures scenarios will mesmerize you and it is a heaven for photography.
After completion we are back to Nuwara Eliya for city tour. Main attractions of the town includes the golf course, trout streams, Victoria Park, and boating or fishing on Lake Gregory. You can also visit a working tea factory where the slow-growing tea bushes of this highland region produce some of the world’s finest Orange Pekoe tea. You can also add Seetha Eliya and Haggala Gardens according to your preference.

DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS (75 KM) – NUWARA ELIYA TO ELLA.
After breakfast proceed to Ella. Ella is a small village located in high mountains, though we described Ella as a small village it has a wealth of breath-taking sceneries you will not find elsewhere. Few highlights you could see in Ella are the Ella Gap, Ravana Ella Falls, Little Adam’s Peak and Bambaragala Peak.
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 4 HOURS (120 KM) – ELLA TO YALA.
After we leave from Ella, En route we will stop for sightseeing some of amazing sceneries and waterfalls and head to yala.
Once you reach Yala, check in to the hotel and evening session is you to relax with the nature.

DESTINATION: YALA NATIONAL PARK
Today you have to wake up little early to commence a Safari ride to the Yala National Park. This is the second biggest national park in Sri Lanka and arguably the most rewarding. Mostly famed for leopard and one of the best places in the world to watch them year round. Yala is said to be home to one of the highest concentrations of these illusive cats. Another highlight is Elephant in small & large herds, Herds of spotted deer also can see all over the park. The peacock is easily the most famous of the birds at Yala. The painted stork, many varieties of heron, the spoonbill, the bee-eater, parakeets, and king-fisher & wood pecker are some of the birds can be seen in the park.
DESTINATION: BENTOTA VIA GALLE.
DRIVE: APPROXIMATELY 6 HOURS (240 KM) –YALA TO BENTOTA.
After completion of safari tour, we are back to road. This will be the longest drive in our journey, you will pass by the famous cities of Mirissa, Tangalle, Unwatuna and Galle prior reaching Bentota.
Bentota is famed as the prime beach resort of the south-western and southern coastal belts of Sri Lanka.
On the way we will stop at Galle for a city tour. This city holds the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers. Apart from that some of the main attractions are the city’s Natural Harbor, National Maritime Museum, St. Mary’s Cathedral and the Galle International Stadium.
After the completion we will head back to Bentota.
